Client Relationship & Workforce Business Development Officer
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and staffing needs.
Represent AB Workforce Staffing Agency professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Respond confidently and professionally to all incoming client enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and send professional business proposals, quotations, service agreements, and follow-up correspondence.
Coordinate meetings with HR managers, business owners, and company representatives to discuss workforce solutions and service contracts.
Develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, aged care facilities, disability providers, warehouses, manufacturing companies, and other organisations requiring staffing solutions.
Ensure clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support throughout the recruitment and workforce placement process.
Work closely with management to achieve business development targets and company growth.
Promote the company's workforce services through networking, client visits, referrals, and professional presentations.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and business opportunities.
Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and identify new industries and organisations that may require workforce staffing services.
Previous experience in client relationship management, business development, sales, account management, or workforce agency operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident speaking with business owners, HR managers, and senior executives.
Strong telephone and email communication skills.
Ability to prepare professional proposals, contracts, and business correspondence.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
Current Australian driver's licence (preferred).
