Your Role — The Guardian of AWS Physical Infrastructure

As an AWS Incident Response Team (IRT) Analyst within the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), you’ll be the vigilant eyes and decisive mind protecting the physical backbone of services that hundreds of thousands of businesses across 190 countries depend on every single day.

Protecting Critical Infrastructure in Real Time

Your core mission is incident response. When physical security events threaten AWS infrastructure, associates, or operations,



you’re the one who assesses, escalates, and resolves. You’ll monitor physical access control systems with precision, administer access permissions, and ensure only authorised personnel move through our most sensitive spaces.

The Security Ecosystem

You’ll oversee contracted guard forces across the region, ensuring they operate to AWS standards. Your intelligence gathering will feed directly into program-wide notifications that keep teams informed and prepared.
