Zendesk Melbourne is seeking a backend engineer to own the agent execution core at scale. You will refine the planning loop, tool dispatch, memory integration, and robust error handling to support real traffic across thousands of accounts.

You will also own knowledge retrieval and the end-to-end agent-connector stack, ensuring low latency and high-quality reasoning over customer knowledge bases, with a focus on security and governance from day one.
