We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Northland . This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards
- Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
- Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑presented concession environment

About You





- Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
- Confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment
- Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group
