Murloo is seeking a Site Manager to lead the delivery of government and commercial construction projects across regional Victoria. Initial project works will be in Sale , with ongoing projects in the Gippsland area. Ability or willingness to travel for other regional opportunities will be highly regarded.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will:





- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities

- Ensure compliance with Murloo's HSEQ systems

- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high standards

- Be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-first culture

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on construction projects outside of the residential sector

- Proven leadership in managing trades and supervisors.

- Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safety

- Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)

- Experience with roofing or working at heights - highly regarded

- White Card and valid Driver's Licence

- Full Australian working rights
