What you'll do

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in regular quality audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommending improvements as necessary.
- Support the investigation of quality issues, conducting root cause analysis to identify areas for enhancement.
- Help maintain accurate records of quality metrics and performance data, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to develop a thorough understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Contribute to the preparation of quality reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, showcasing progress and areas for development.
- Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management to bring cutting-edge ideas to the team.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness within the organization by promoting best practices and encouraging feedback.




- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on quality improvement initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-related role or relevant field, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, such as ISO standards or Six Sigma.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and collaborate with team members.

Nice to have

- Experience with quality management software or tools, which can enhance efficiency in tracking and reporting quality metrics.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) techniques and tools.
- Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals or food production, is a plus.
