What you’ll do

- Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Australia.

Nice to have

- Experience in a large, complex organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement tools.

Skills & tools
