You will build a safe, high‑performing environment with clear expectations and visible leadership on the floor to ensure continuous, high‑quality output daily.
You will drive improvements from day-to-day processes, support payroll and attendance, and partner with maintenance and site leaders to maintain solid leadership presence across the site.
