The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our People & Transformation function at Defence Health, on a 12-month contract basis. Acting as the conduit between the DHL Business & DHL Technology to deliver business needs through technology outcomes, you will facilitate & own the requirements gathering process in order to develop successful solutions for the business.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting requirements lifecycle activities: analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent and concise
- Eliciting requirements using various IIBA Techniques such as interviews, analysis and surveys
- Modelling business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using BPMN 2.0
- Identify issues, risks and advantages of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.




- Balancing technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business stakeholders

About you

- Tertiary qualified or related bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience presenting to stakeholders including Executives
- Strong team player who works collaboratively towards common goals
- Energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business/system processes, and document results
- Experience working with AI is advantageous, but not essential
