We are seeking a motivated Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing Private Clients team.

About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, bringing together accounting-qualified and legally qualified professionals to deliver integrated tax advisory and compliance services. We employ CA, CPA, and legally qualified professionals and maintain appropriate technical and career development programs, as well as supervision arrangements to support legally qualified practitioners.

We are seeking talented Private Clients Tax Managers to join our growing Private Clients practice. In this role, you will work closely with Directors and Partners to ensure seamless delivery of tax and accounting services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family groups, family offices, and privately held enterprises.

You will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of clients, supporting complex technical work, and mentoring junior team members. This position offers ongoing professional development and explicit opportunities to grow your career within a dynamic and innovative firm.

What you’ll do

- Manage day-to-day delivery of accounting, tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Directors and Partners on complex technical matters such as Division 7A, trust taxation, FBT, CGT succession planning.




- Act as a key contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Deliver strategic financial guidance to support clients in meeting their business objectives and enhancing overall financial outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering technical development and professional growth.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and contribute to practice growth.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for

- Solid experience in private client tax advisory and compliance.
- Ideally 5-8 years’ experience gained in an Accounting/Advisory firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law for individuals, trusts, and private companies.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance; CA qualification or an equivalent professional designation is highly regarded.
