About the role Heidi is scaling its clinical AI platform across Australia and Recent Zealand to reduce administrative burdens for healthcare providers. We are looking for a strategic Bid Manager to lead our enterprise tender efforts, turning complex procurement opportunities into successful partnerships.

What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise tenders, including qualification, planning, and submission strategy.
- Analyze tender documentation to identify risks, requirements, and specific evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional input from clinical, legal, product, engineering, and finance teams.
- Draft and refine content that aligns with ANZ health system priorities and scoring frameworks.
- Ensure submissions meet strict standards, including ISO 27001, IRAP readiness, HISF, HISO, and Privacy Act compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bid-related customer engagement and clarifications.
- Conduct post-bid reviews to analyze feedback and improve future submission quality.
- Maintain and update a centralized library of reusable bid content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex health system tenders in Australia or New Zealand.
- Proven track record of winning multi-year,
seven-figure contracts via state, territory, or hospital network procurement.
- Deep understanding of ANZ health procurement governance, evaluation scoring, and tender processes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex bids concurrently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in AI through personal projects, prototyping, or hands-on building.
- Capacity to operate independently without extensive support staff.

- Experience translating technical documentation into concise, evaluator-friendly summaries.
Skills & tools
- Expertise in ANZ health procurement routes and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-departmental coordination.
- Strong technical writing and content development skills.
