About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects from award through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing projects to achieve safety, programme, quality and financial objectives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Leading project teams including Contract Administrators, Site Managers and subcontractors.

Preparing, monitoring and reporting on project budgets, forecasts and cash flow.

Managing procurement and subcontractor engagement.

Administering head contracts and subcontract agreements.

Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.

Assessing and preparing variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.

Ensuring compliance with all statutory, contractual and quality requirements.

Driving a positive team culture and maintaining high standards across every project.

About You





We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and enjoys leading projects from start to finish.

Ideally you will have:

5+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects.

Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts (AS4000 and AS4902 experience highly regarded).

Excellent commercial and financial management skills.

Proven ability to build strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme and budget.

Construction Management, Building or related tertiary qualification (preferred).

White Card and current Driver Licence.
