Icon Group's Epic Pharmacy at Northern Beaches Hospital is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a 12-month full time term to deliver clinical pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will conduct medication history interviews, reconciliations, therapeutic drug monitoring and patient counselling, while working with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
