About the role Heidi Health is on a mission to enhance its clinical AI platform, aiming to alleviate the administrative challenges faced by healthcare professionals globally. We are in search of a skilled data analyst to become a vital part of our Engineering team. This role will focus on overseeing the data pipeline and delivering insightful analyses that support our Growth and Marketing initiatives.

What you'll do
- - Oversee the development and management of data models and analytics related to marketing efforts, including channel performance and customer acquisition funnels.
- - Safeguard budget limits and customer acquisition costs (CAC) by conducting thorough commercial analyses of performance metrics.
- - Convert vague business inquiries into structured, actionable analysis plans that drive decision-making.
- - Design and implement dashboards and reports that facilitate self-service data access for various teams across the organization.
- - Ensure the integrity of the entire data pipeline, from initial data ingestion through to final modeling and analysis.
- - Conduct in-depth investigations into fluctuations in metrics to differentiate between actual trends and potential technical anomalies.
- - Provide strategic recommendations based on analytical findings and critically evaluate requests that may not address fundamental issues.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and marketing analytics.
- - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
- - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights with colleagues.
- - Assist in the development of training materials and workshops to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Requirements
- - A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a data analyst position, particularly focusing on marketing or growth data within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- - Strong proficiency in data tools such as dbt, Databricks, and Omni, with a solid understanding of data modeling techniques.
- - Proven ability to independently investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of issues.
- - A demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence, evidenced through personal projects, prototyping, or hands-on experience in building AI solutions.
- - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- - A proactive mindset that favors creating solutions over simply submitting requests for assistance.
Nice to have
- - Experience with advanced analytics techniques,
such as predictive modeling or machine learning.
- - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- - Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- - Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly within the healthcare or tech sectors.
- - Understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
