TheRoyal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) are currentlyseeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead – Security to lead the delivery ofour organisation wide Security Improvement Program on an 18 month minimum contract to be based in Dubbo.

Reportingto the Head of Assets & Infrastructure, you will lead the end-to-end designand delivery of security and associated initiatives across our operations thatenhance safety outcomes across sites, fleet and work from home environments.You'llwork across multiple projects while driving the rollout of securitytechnologies, systems, processes and procedures to support the projectimplementation.

Keyresponsibilities include:

- Drive the Security Programroadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expert advice on risks, solutions andemerging trends
- Develop business cases, scope, procurementstrategies and contracts
- Manage concurrent projects across time, cost,quality and risk
- Ensure integration across systems and sites
- Drive system performance and continuousimprovement




- Monitoring the adoption and improve userexperience and safety outcomes

Experience required for the role:

- Proven experience delivering projects insecurity, infrastructure or technology environments
- Strong knowledge of project managementframeworks and tools
- Understanding of WHS legislation and riskmanagement
- White Card and Drivers Licence
- Relevant qualifications, project management,construction, IT, electrical, security or similar) or equivalent experience
