Moon Dog Brewing is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for an exciting Hybrid Head Chef/Exec Chef role at Doglands, Melbourne. You will lead a 1200pax events space and a 70-seat Jungle Room restaurant, splitting time between kitchen leadership and major function administration.
From October to December you’ll dedicate 90–100% of your time to Doglands, with January–September involving travel to other Melbourne venues to mentor and cover senior chefs. 38–42 hours/week.
