You will own recruitment across Pinangba and Community Aged Care services, advertising, screening and sourcing candidates for roles such as Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.

You will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, advocate for best practice recruitment, and deliver an engaging candidate experience
