What you'll do

- Design and develop AI-driven solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems to identify opportunities for AI enhancements and optimizations.
- Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create detailed documentation for AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and implementation guides.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI architecture and implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Engage with clients post-implementation to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy and security in AI applications.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI and machine learning technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data engineering practices, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems and architectures.
- Robust communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
- Previous experience in a consulting role or working directly with clients to deliver AI solutions.

- Proficient in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for managing and querying data.
