About the role

Heidi is on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare landscape through the power of artificial intelligence, allowing healthcare professionals to prioritize patient care over administrative tasks. In the capacity of GTM Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our global Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure seamless processes and maintain data integrity across various regions. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, aligning strategies and executing them effectively, while serving as a vital partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams based in Melbourne.

What you'll do

- Develop and sustain data models and schemas for essential business elements, such as contacts, companies, and deals, in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Oversee the complete lead lifecycle, managing everything from initial lead ingestion and qualification to the final handoff to the sales team.
- Establish and refine lead routing, account management, and territory management strategies tailored to the specific needs of different regions.
- Create and maintain sales workflows, which include setting discount thresholds and approval processes, in collaboration with Finance and Legal departments.
- Supervise commission and incentive structures for your designated region, ensuring accurate tracking of quotas and resolving any disputes related to calculations.




- Convert financial objectives into actionable revenue targets and hierarchies for the sales and customer success teams, while keeping track of their attainment.
- Manage the systems aspect of the renewal workflow, acting as the primary point of contact for Customer Success Operations regarding systems-related issues.
- Optimize marketplace operations to guarantee that partner-sourced deals are correctly integrated into the CRM, as well as into forecasting and reporting systems.
- Control data ingestion and integration points, ensuring they align with the established data structure for consistency and accuracy.
- Enhance and activate data through enrichment processes, ensuring that contact and company information is comprehensive and actionable.
- Oversee the management of the GTM technology stack, which includes inventory, integrations, licenses, and associated cost centers.

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of Go-To-Market tools, including CRM systems, data enrichment, sequencing, and automation, with the ability to configure these tools effectively.
- A strong technical foundation with Hubspot, along with skills in enhancing data hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with teams across Sales,



Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
- A solid commercial understanding that enables you to evaluate workflow requests and provide insightful feedback.
- Experience in mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts or associates, fostering their professional development.
- A high degree of adaptability and initiative, especially in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with additional GTM tools and methodologies that can enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience working in the healthcare technology sector, providing insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to healthcare data management.
