Our Farm Day Program offers Team Members (participants) the opportunity to build confidence, learn practical life skills, develop friendships and enjoy meaningful activities in a unique farm environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for leading the daily operations of our flagship Farm Day Program.

This includes:

- Leading and coaching a passionate team
- Delivering an engaging, structured daily program
- Assisting with program facilitation
- Creating an exceptional experience for Team Members (participants) and families




- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and compliance
- Building relationships with families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals
- Continuously improving the program through innovation and leadership
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly

You:

- Can organise multiple moving parts
- Hold people accountable without losing your kindness
- Believe work should be fun, professional and purposeful
- Have genuine compassion for people with disability
- Aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and jump in wherever needed

If you describe yourself as energetic, positive, organised and solutions focused, we’d love to meet you!

You’ll ideally have experience in:

- Leadership or management
- Disability, community services or human services
- Team development and coaching
- Operational management
- Program delivery or coordination
- Problem solving and decision making

Experience leading disability day programs is highly regarded but not essential if you’ve demonstrated exceptional leadership elsewhere.
