You will mainly be responsible for maintaining, fault diagnosing and repairs of a variety of mechanical equipment relating to energy services such as diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, pumps, sand conveyor systems and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

This position reports to the Supervisor and will be on either a 3/3 or 2/2 roster FIFO from Melbourne to our operations in WA or Victoria . You may also be required to work at any one of our various operations in SA, or QLD on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive maintenance procedures on Halliburton equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Installs and/or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts
- Test equipment for proper operation

Role Requirements

- Flexibility to travel to site when required (Essential)
- Experience with Cummins and Caterpillarengines(Desirable)
- Experience with hydraulic systems (Highly regarded)




- Current Australian Driver’s license (HR Desirable)
