Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

- Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
- Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
- Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
- Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
- Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
- Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
- Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
- Monthly Bailment reconciliation
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential

Experience

- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Online Banking Facilities
- Data analytics & Dashboards
- Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired
