Twelve Apostles Café is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a flagship hospitality operation near Port Campbell. You will oversee cafe, restaurant, Grab & Go, and events, driving guest experience and operational excellence in a rapid-paced setting.
You will recruit, train and roster a large FOH team, manage labour and food costs, and ensure food safety and compliance while delivering memorable experiences for international visitors.
