We’re seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead investor engagement, capital raising and distribution strategy for an emerging investment platform transforming access to real-world assets. This executive role will suit someone with an established network across family offices, sophisticated investors and private wealth channels who thrives on building long-term investor relationships and driving capital growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the investor strategy across wholesale and retail markets, leading capital raising initiatives, expanding strategic distribution partnerships and shaping the investor experience from acquisition through to ongoing engagement.

This is a highly visible leadership position where your relationships, commercial acumen and strategic thinking will directly influence the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading wholesale capital raising initiatives across family offices, HNWIs and sophisticated investor networks.
- Developing and executing investor acquisition strategies across both wholesale and retail markets.
- Building strategic partnerships with wealth managers, dealer groups, investment platforms and distribution partners.
- Owning investor communications, including capital raises, product launches and performance updates.




- Working closely with executive leadership to align investment opportunities with market demand.
- Building and managing a disciplined investor pipeline and CRM process.
- Representing the business at industry events, investor forums and networking opportunities.
- Ensuring all investor communications and capital raising activities operate within Australian regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- 10+ years' experience in investor relations, capital raising, private wealth, institutional sales or funds management.
- A proven history of raising capital from family offices, sophisticated investors or private wealth networks.
- An established network across Australian family offices, HNWIs, advisers, dealer groups or wealth platforms.
- Strong understanding of wholesale investment markets and Australian regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding relationship-building, presentation and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive growth.
- Experience within fintech, alternative investments, private markets or wealth management will be highly regarded.
