About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Architect to join a high-performing project team delivering enterprise-scale ERP solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support solution design, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide functional guidance during implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create user documentation, training materials,



and conduct end-user training.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Project Operations (desirable)

- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP business processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
- Proven experience writing functional specifications and process documentation.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
