Grange Meat Co. is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to lead our daily production and processing operations. You'll drive targets across safety, efficiency, yield, quality and output, coordinating labour and resources across our beef, lamb and pork processing streams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily production and processing operations across beef, lamb and pork

Coordinate daily operations of the boning room, including beef, lamb and pork processing streams

Plan and coordinate labour and resources to meet production requirements

Lead the butcher and portion control team cutting product for wholesale orders

Champion OHS, quality assurance and food safety standards across the site

Monitor yield, quality and output, driving continuous improvement

About You

Proven supervisory/management experience in meat processing or FMCG manufacturing

Strong knowledge of beef, lamb and pork processing, butchery and portion control

Sound understanding of OHS, HACCP and food safety/quality assurance requirements

Solid leadership and people management skills
