We are looking for a full‑time Service Manager to join our team at the Tolga branch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized leader who can work independently while also collaborating with the broader team to fulfill our vision of simplifying processes for our employees, customers, and suppliers.

What you’ll do

- Provide leadership and technical guidance to Service Technicians and Apprentices in both workshop and field settings.
- Oversee and coordinate service operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.
- Manage customer relationships and address any service‑related inquiries or issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role or similar capacity.




- Strong technical background in service operations, preferably within the automotive or machinery sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in management or a related field are preferred.

Nice to have

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and compliance standards.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of service management software and tools.
