Uniting AgeWell in Mansfield is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older people to live independently at home. These part time positions offer 20 hours per fortnight of contracted hours, with daytime availability across at least three weekdays.

You will travel between clients' homes providing personal care, domestic tasks, and companionship, helping maintain independence and connection to community. Applicants require Certificate III or IV in Individual Support and a willingness to obtain
