About the Role

We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to focus on the Chinese high-net-worth community in Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture, mindset, and network dynamics of Chinese clients, and is passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and manage relationships within the Chinese community in Australia
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, including business owners and professionals
- Understand clients’ cross-border needs, including wealth planning and global asset allocation
- Build strong referral networks within the Chinese ecosystem (e.g. accountants, migration agents, legal advisors)
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and long-term relationship management
- Support community-based events and client engagement initiatives




- Ensure all activities align with local regulatory and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance, or related financial services
- Strong connection to the Chinese community in Australia
- Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship building
- Positive understanding of high-net-worth client needs, especially cross-border considerations
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- High integrity and strong awareness of compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing network within Chinese business or professional communities
- Experience serving Chinese high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with cross-border wealth planning concepts
- Relevant financial qualifications or licensing (or willingness to obtain)
