- Extensive experience as an Equity or Index Options Trader.
- Proven track record of successful trading outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and trading mechanisms.
- Strong risk management skills and a responsible approach to trading.
- Excellent communication abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for trading and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Nice to have

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.




- Experience with various asset classes beyond equities.
- Understanding of market flows and the factors influencing market behavior.
- Background in mentoring or training less experienced traders.
