Join the Regional Implementation Team and lead meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Logan, Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Redlands.

As a member of the regional leadership team, you will help shape regional coordination and enable whole-of-government service delivery while contributing to the strategic priorities of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships (ATSIP) division. Acting as a key link between communities and government agencies, you will foster strong partnerships, support effective engagement, and coordinate the delivery of local priorities. Leading a high-performing team, you will drive change, enhance cross-agency collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that create lasting benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islandercommunities.

- Develop and support team delivery of initiatives that strengthen community and economic participation, including coordinating industry and community engagement, implementing the Economic Participation Framework and enabling opportunities such as Indigenous Business Month.




- Drive organisational performance and strong governance by setting clear priorities, monitoring outcomes and fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness and continuous improvement, including effective risk identification and management.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key interface between communities and government agencies and lead collaborative engagement with stakeholders to drive delivery of government priorities and services
