The role We're looking for an experienced, hands-on L&DConsultant; to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions for our AssetManagement Services (AMS) business. This is a new,standalone role for someone who enjoys turning business needs and subjectmatter expertise into practical, engaging learning experiences. You'll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts across AMS, taking ownership from initial discovery and strategy through to design, facilitation and execution.

Who we're looking for?

- Significant experience in learning and development, ideally gained in asenior consulting or similarly hands-on role.
- Experience in asset management - particularlywithin the property sector - and/or a property-related qualification would behighly advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong instructional design capability and the ability to turn subjectmatter expertise into practical learning content.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering face-to-face, virtual,e-learning and blended solutions.
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability toengage a room and deliver content effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to partner withleaders and stakeholders across a complex business.
- The ability to work autonomously, move quickly and take ownershipofboth strategy and execution.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects,priorities and stakeholders.
- Bring freshthinking to how learning is designed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities





- Partner with AMS leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts toidentify learning needs and priorities.
- Develop an L&D; plan and translate it into programs that can beimplemented quickly and effectively.
- Design and deliver learning across face-to-face, virtual, e-learning andblended formats.
- Create bespoke programs for audiences including facilities managers, property managers and property accounting teams.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for teams acrossAustralia.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, projects and streams of work with a highdegree of autonomy.
- Connect learning initiatives across AMS and the broader business tocreate a clear, consistent experience.
- Evaluate progress, share outcomes with stakeholders and adapt programsas business needs evolve.
