The Role

As a Construction Supervisor, you are the in office owner of execution. You’re on site every day — running the daily programme, booking and sequencing trades solving problems in real time. You own your site from handover through to Occupancy Permit and a defect-free handover to the buyer.



You report to the Project Manager and run your site with genuine autonomy: a single complex site (up to ~10 units), or two smaller concurrent sites.

What this role requires

- run the daily programme independently — trades booked, the sequence held, the site closed securely every day
- catch defects during construction, photograph them before concealment, and sign off quality against the M3 stage checklist — not discover problems at handover
- coordinate the full trade sequence and hold contractors to attendance and standard
- own site safety & maintain a clean record in our digital platform (daily diary, photos)

Who we are looking for

- 5–7 years supervising residential construction, with a genuine medium-density / townhouse track record
- A trade background — carpentry especially. On our sites, the supervisors trades respect most are the ones who’ve held the tools themselves
- someone who runs a site with minimal oversight and escalates with a solution, not just a problem
- confident reading architectural, structural and services drawings
- comfortable in BuilderTrend or a similar platform
