Your Role

as a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade 5), you’ll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to residents and their loved ones. You’ll thrive as a hands‑on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Oversee medication management and wound care
- Collaborate on care planning and clinical recommendations
- Drive continuous clinical improvement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors
- Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and documentation




- Mentor staff in clinical education and competency
- Foster an inclusive, values‑driven team environment

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA Registration
- Strong clinical experience and leadership skills
- Passion for aged care and person‑centred support
- Excellent communication and professional presence
- Commitment to quality improvement and team development

Things that matter to us

- Minimum Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current registration with AHPRA
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
