Clinic Lead / 2IC (Clinic Leadership Pathway) – Body Catalyst – Armadale VIC

Body Catalyst Armadale is a small, high-performing clinic , making it the ideal environment for a 2IC ready to step into leadership or an experienced Clinic Lead seeking a close-knit team and hands‑on support.

You’ll be fully supported with training, mentoring, and structured development , while gaining confidence leading a clinic and mastering our state-of-the-art, medical-grade technology .

and client retention.
- Coach and develop a small team to perform at their best.
- Support clinic operations, compliance, and standards.

About You:

- Currently a 2IC or Senior therapist ready to step up, or an experienced Clinic Lead.
- Proven track record in sales, consult conversion, and client retention.
- Strong service delivery skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology and systems.
- Confident communicator who leads by example.
- Beauty, health, or body sculpting experience highly regarded.
