This role involves overseeing the operations of a premier dining venue, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable guest experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the venue's reputation as a top dining destination.

What you'll do

- Oversee daily operations of Sokyo, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the venue's offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiences that align with the venue's brand.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.




- Proven track record of managing a successful dining venue, preferably in a high-volume workplace.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of financial management and reporting in a hospitality context.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.

Nice to have

- Experience with Asian cuisine or a background in fine dining establishments.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination within a restaurant setting.
