About the Role

The AV Solutions Engineer supports the sales team by clarifying client requirements, defining and specifying solutions, quoting these, and providing the materials and technical support the sales team needs to present them to clients and prospective clients. You will support the customer journey from initial ideation through concept development to a final solution, translating diverse and sometimes ambiguous requirements into practical, well-costed designs.

What We're Looking For

Unrestricted work rights in Australia

Industry background: An appropriate technical qualification and/or relevant industry experience.



A background in the AV industry is highly desirable.

Technical estimating experience: Experience estimating complex technical products and related services.

Plan interpretation: Proficient in reading architectural plans, CAD drawings, and site survey data to translate technical requirements into highly accurate estimates and solution concepts.

Electrical/electronics skills: Apply your relevant electrical and/or electronics skills and experience to designing and developing innovative portable signage products.

Build coordination: Coordinate the build of portable devices, working with internal teams and suppliers to bring designs to life.

Digital display experience: Experience with digital display technologies and a pre-sales or estimating role.

Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and the internal team.

Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a creative and lateral-thinking approach.

Multi-tasking: Ability to juggle multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
