Job Description
Title: Head Chef Occupation: Chef Salary: $100,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Lucio’s Marina Employer: Lucio's Sunshine Pty Ltd Location: Tewantin, QLD Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
- Planning and designing menus
- Calculating costs and liaising with suppliers
- Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff
- Preparing and cooking food
- Hiring and training kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Liaising with the general manager to ensure operations run smoothly
- Ensuring all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards
