About the role

- Requirements: The clinic is seeking a qualified Podiatrist with approximately one to five years of post-graduate experience.
- Salary range: Approximately $90,000 to $130,000 base + performance bonuses.
- Location: South-eastern suburbs of Victoria

Key responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of around 10-12 patients per day with dedicated time allocated for administration.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans across various podiatric conditions.
- Engage regularly in peer collaboration and case discussions to improve clinical outcomes.
- Attend ongoing in-house professional development sessions to stay updated with podiatry best practices.
- Support a team approach that prioritises clinician wellbeing and balanced workloads.
- Use standard practice management systems for patient and administrative tasks.
