The Roles
We are recruiting experienced Mobile Maintenance Planners for short- and long-term planning positions covering:
- Trucks and ancillary equipment
- Excavators and heavy mobile equipment
- Short-term maintenance planning
- Long-term maintenance planning
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans
- Identify maintenance and reliability improvements
- Plan repairs,
shutdowns and major rebuilds
- Raise work orders and manage maintenance backlogs
- Coordinate labour, tooling, parts and critical spares
- Monitor schedule compliance and equipment performance
- Work with operations, maintenance, procurement and suppliers
- Support reporting, budgeting and cost control
- Improve fleet availability, reliability and lifecycle performance
About You
- At least five years’ mining maintenance planning experience
- Strong mobile plant and heavy equipment knowledge
- Experience with JD Edwards or a similar CMMS
- Mechanical or electrical trade or engineering qualification (ideal)
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to a Queensland coal region or major East Coast metropolitan city
