Anglicare Victoria is seeking a committed Case Manager Youth Services to support a Housing First program in Broadmeadows, Melbourne. You will deliver direct casework, build independent living skills and help young people gain agency and self-determination.

The role requires trauma-informed, person-centred practice, collaborative case management across services and travel across the region. A relevant qualification is required; fixed-term full time to 1 September 2027.
