They are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to lead the finance function and partner with senior leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance function while providing strategic financial guidance across the business. You will work closely with operational managers to monitor performance, improve profitability, and ensure strong financial governance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Monitor revenue, labour costs, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses to maximise profitability.

Provide commercial analysis and financial insights to support operational decision-making.

Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory obligations,



and financial reporting requirements.

Coordinate external audits and liaise with accountants and advisors.

Develop and improve financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.

Partner with venue managers and senior leadership to drive financial performance across the business.

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively with operational teams and contributing to business success.

You'll bring:

CPA or CA qualification.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant, ideally within hospitality, hotels, venues, tourism, or a related service industry.

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Experience analysing labour costs, inventory, margins, and operational performance.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or hospitality management systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
