We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to join our Google Photos team in Sydney. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative features while mentoring less experienced engineers. Your expertise will help us enhance user experiences and drive project success.

What you'll do

- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for Google Photos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.




- Familiarity with contemporary frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Nice to have

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
