What you'll do

- Drive the advancement of DevOps practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

- Influence and implement up-to-date delivery practices across the program.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps-related role.
- Proven expertise with Azure DevOps and related tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within DevOps teams.
