What you'll do

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in enhancing systematic or semi-systematic trading strategies, ideally within a leading market‑making firm.
- Comprehensive understanding of the options trading landscape.
- Strong risk management skills and a responsible approach to trading.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine interest in trading and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Preference for candidates based in Sydney,
