Planner/ Scheduler

Kalgoorlie | 8:6 Roster | FIFO ex Perth | 8–12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules usingPrimavera P6 .
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule analysis and reporting.
- Support commissioning and project delivery teams with planning and scheduling activities.
- Identify schedule risks, critical path impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with site and project stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
- Manage project data and reporting withinPronto .

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on mining, construction, or commissioning projects.
- Advanced proficiency inPrimavera P6 (essential).
- Experience usingPronto (essential).
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced project environment.
