What you'll do
- Oversee the development and delivery of mortgage products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or management within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in the mortgage or lending domain.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics tools to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience design principles.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards related to mortgages.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research methodologies.
