About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals in our centres in Chatswood :

One full-time Centre Manager in Chatswood

Candidates may apply for roles based on their experience level and qualifications, with career progression opportunities available.

In these roles, you will:

Inspire and guide a team of educators to deliver excellence in early learning, aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.

Maintain a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children.

Build strong, respectful relationships with families, educators, and the wider community.

This is an ideal opportunity for educators and leaders who value collaboration, professional growth, and creating meaningful experiences that foster each child's curiosity, development, and sense of belonging.

About You:

Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

- Mandatory: Valid Paid Working With Children Check (NSW).
- Mandatory: Valid rights to lawfully work in Australian.
- You are passionate about working with children , with a focus on providing meaningful experiences that support their learning and development.
- You hold an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III, Diploma or above).




- You possess a current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting qualification.
- You have (or are willing to obtain) a CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 - Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk qualification.
- Two years of leadership experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential.
