About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Associate Operations Manager to lead and develop Team Leaders and support teams within a fast-paced customer service environment. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, improving efficiency, managing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and operational teams.
- Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer experience targets.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor operational metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.




- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a key escalation point for operational issues and risks.
- Deliver regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

About You

- Proven experience in Contact Centre, Customer Service, or Operations Management.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Experience managing Team Leaders and large operational teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, and operational budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
