A well funded, founder led LegalTech is hiring its first Marketing / Growth Lead. The business has strong traction, a $2m ARR and a clear mission to become the most trusted name in its category.

This is a build role, not an inherit role. You will define how the company grows and be working directly with the founders.

Responsibilities:

Own the end to end growth strategy across demand generation, conversion and revenue, with a strong emphasis on organic, trust led growth

Reduce CAC by building and scaling organic channels including SEO, GEO, organic social, content, partnerships and referrals

Build a test and learn culture, running experiments across messaging, channels, journeys and content

Create narratives and creative that educate, build trust and convert high intent customers

Own growth prioritisation and investment decisions, balancing short term performance with long term brand and demand creation

Build lifecycle marketing that supports trust, education and long term customer value





Work with in house and external specialists across performance and organic channels

Candidates shoudl have:

A robust executor who can independently identify, kick off and drive initiatives

Expereince in growth roles within early stage or scaling businesses

Experience building systems, quant and metrics driven and use data to prioritise, measure impact and make trade offs without over relying on platform attribution

Excited by ambiguity and ownership, and motivated by building something meaningful

Hungry to upskill across channels like SEO, organic social and content, and growth topics like CRO, experimentation and pricing

Experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to scale growth execution

This is not a pure performance marketing seat and it is not a brand only role. There is no team to inherit and no playbook waiting for you.
